Our team is a collective of seasoned stage managers, production coordinators, and live event professionals with decades of combined experience across theatre, corporate events, themed entertainment, and festivals. With backgrounds ranging from regional theatres and touring productions to large-scale media events and theme parks, we bring a deep understanding of what it takes to run a show—from first rehearsal to final cue.
Whether managing backstage logistics, calling complex shows, or coordinating multi-departmental teams, we approach every production with precision, adaptability, and a strong collaborative spirit. Many of our members also work as educators and mentors in university theatre programs, nurturing the next generation of talent while continuing to lead in the field.

Ryan Baldwin -
Ryan is a live production professional with 20+ years of experience across digital and in-person events, entertainment operations, and guest services. Passionate about immersive experiences, he is known for bridging creative ideas with seamless execution. From developing new shows to producing large-scale events in unique venues he brings a collaborative spirit, technical insight, and a guest-first approach to every project.
Renee Duron -
With over 25 years in live entertainment, Renee brings extensive experience in stage management, production, and theatre operations. She has led major productions across theatre, corporate events, and themed entertainment. Now a university production manager, she mentors students and partners with creative teams to deliver polished, impactful work. Known for her technical expertise and designer’s eye, she brings creative visions to life with precision and professionalism.
Erin O’Shaughnessy -
With over a decade of stage management experience across theatre, corporate events, and themed entertainment, Erin brings both precision and creativity to every production. Her background in finance adds a strategic lens to her work, while her role on the board of a leading Oregon dance company reflects her commitment to the performing arts. Focused on delivering high-impact, engaging experiences, she champions entertainment that’s both polished and purposeful.
Kesia Ross -
Kesia brings over a decade of experience in entertainment production, specializing in large-scale theatrical shows and high-impact corporate events across Los Angeles, including extensive work at the Disneyland Resort. Known for her strategic thinking and technical expertise, Kesia approaches every project with a solutions-focused mindset, driving seamless execution from concept to curtain. Whether managing complex stage productions or intimate productions, she excels at navigating challenges and optimizing every element of the production process to create exceptional audience experiences.

Austin is a seasoned creative professional with 15+ years of experience spanning Entertainment, Marketing, and Corporate Events. He’s partnered with world-class brands like Disney, SiriusXM, and Pandora, producing large-scale events across the U.S. and internationally. Known for merging creative vision with business strategy, Austin drives results with a bold, ideas-first approach.
